May this land of brave men like Veer Shivaji Maharaj, Maharana Pratap and Swami Vivekananda always shine like a golden bird.
The great leaders and freedom fighters of our country are Mahatma Gandhi, Bhagat Singh, Subash Chandra Bose, Chandrashekhar Azad, Lala Lajpat Rai, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Lal Bahadur Shastri, etc. To make India a free nation, these people fought continuously against the British, so we can never forget their dedication to our country.
Today the whole country is celebrating 74th Republic Day. Republic Day is a major national festival, which is celebrated all over the world. On this day, whole country echoes with Vande Mataram and Jana-Gana-Mana. Republic Day is celebrated with great pomp from school to all educational institutions and social places.

हम 1950 से लगातार भारत का गणतंत्र दिवस मनाते आ रहे हैं क्योंकि भारत का संविधान 26 जनवरी 1950 को लागू हुआ था। गणतंत्र का अर्थ है देश में रहने वाले लोगों की सर्वोच्च शक्ति और देश को सही दिशा में ले जाने के लिए राजनीतिक नेताओं के रूप में अपने प्रतिनिधियों को चुनने का अधिकार केवल लोगों के पास है।
इसलिए भारत एक गणतंत्र देश है जहां की जनता अपने नेता को प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में चुनती है। विकास के साथ असमानता, गरीबी, बेरोजगारी, भ्रष्टाचार, अशिक्षा आदि जैसी कुछ कमियां भी उत्पन्न हुई हैं। अपने देश को दुनिया का सर्वश्रेष्ठ देश बनाने के लिए हमें आज समाज में ऐसी समस्याओं के समाधान का संकल्प लेने की जरूरत है।
